24/7 Emergency Dental LLC is a dental care coordination and patient assistance company. We are not a dental practice or a direct provider of dental or medical care.

We understand that dental emergencies don't follow a schedule, which is why our service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Once your completed information and payment have been received, our team will begin reviewing your submission. A trained representative will contact you within 90 minutes.

Our goal is to arrange an appointment with an appropriate dental specialist within 12 hours of your initial contact, subject to provider availability and the nature of your emergency.

Standard Hours – $350. Applies to all service inquiries and dental visits occurring Monday through Sunday, between 4:00 AM and 9:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays. After-Hours & Holidays – $650. Applies to all service inquiries and dental visits occurring between 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM Pacific Time, as well as anytime on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

The fee paid to 24/7 Emergency Dental LLC covers our patient coordination services and the initial dental examination and covered diagnostic imaging performed at the participating dental office. This fee does not include definitive dental treatment, procedures, medications, or additional services. The cost of any treatment beyond the included initial examination and covered diagnostic imaging will be determined by the treating dental office and communicated to you before treatment, consistent with applicable requirements.

We do not accept, process, or apply dental or medical insurance benefits toward these fees, nor do we submit insurance claims on behalf of patients. Payment is required directly from the patient, regardless of insurance coverage or eligibility for reimbursement.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that the service fee is non-refundable, subject to determination by 24/7 Emergency Dental LLC.

You are under no obligation to proceed with recommended treatment solely because you utilized our coordination service.

If you experience difficulty breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, rapidly progressing facial or neck swelling, or another potentially life-threatening condition, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention at the nearest emergency department.
