Service Fees and Payment (Important, please read carefully)
Standard Hours – $350
Applies to all service inquiries and dental visits occurring Monday through Sunday, between 4:00 AM and 9:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays.
After-Hours & Holidays – $650
Applies to all service inquiries and dental visits occurring between 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM Pacific Time, as well as anytime on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Additional Treatment Fees
The fees listed above cover the initial service inquiry and dental examination only. Any additional treatment recommended following the examination is not included in these fees. Treatment options, associated costs, and billing arrangements will be discussed separately by the treating dental office.
Insurance and Payment Policy
The fees mentioned above are strictly self-pay and are the financial responsibility of the patient. We do not accept, process, or apply dental or medical insurance benefits toward these fees, nor do we submit insurance claims on behalf of patients. Payment is required directly from the patient, regardless of insurance coverage or eligibility for reimbursement.
Your fee includes:
- Our emergency dental coordination and appointment assistance services.
- An initial in-office dental examination with the participating dental specialist.
- Diagnostic dental X-rays or imaging necessary for the initial evaluation, as covered by the service agreement.
