Is Your Condition Life-Threatening? Call 911

How Our Service Works

Three steps: a patient fills in our form and pays on their phone, our coordinator calls them, and they see a dental specialist.

You tell us what's going on. We take care of the rest, from finding an appropriate dental specialist to coordinating your appointment.

  1. Step 1 Questionnaire
  2. Step 2 Photos (optional)
  3. Step 3 Service fee
  4. Step 4 Call within 90 minutes
  5. Step 5 Specialist visit
  6. Step 6 Treatment options
  1. You

Step 1: Complete Our Secure Patient Questionnaire

Begin by submitting your information through our secure and HIPAA compliant intake forms. You will be asked to provide relevant personal and medical information, details about your dental emergency, and any other information necessary to assist with coordinating your care.

  2. You, if you'd like

Step 2: Upload Supporting Images (Optional)

If available, you may upload photographs of the affected area or other relevant images to provide additional context about your dental concern.

  3. You

Step 3: Submit Your Service Fee

    Your fee includes:

    • Our emergency dental coordination and appointment assistance services.
    • An initial in-office dental examination with the participating dental specialist.

  4. Our team

Step 4: Receive a Call Within 90 Minutes

Once your completed information and payment have been received, our team will begin reviewing your submission.

A trained representative will contact you within 90 minutes to:

    • Confirm your information and discuss your emergency.
    • Provide instructions regarding the next steps.
    • Coordinate an appointment with an appropriate participating dental specialist.
    • Communicate the appointment location, time, and any relevant instructions.

Our goal is to help you access an appropriate dental specialist within 12 hours of your initial contact, depending on availability and clinical circumstances.

  5. Your dental specialist

Step 5: Visit Your Dental Specialist

At your scheduled appointment, the independent dental specialist will conduct an in-person clinical examination and obtain any necessary diagnostic imaging.

The specialist will evaluate your condition, explain the findings, and discuss available treatment recommendations.

  6. You and your specialist

Step 6: Review Your Treatment Options

Following your examination, the dental specialist will review the recommended procedures, associated costs, risks, benefits, and available alternatives as appropriate.

You may then decide whether to consent to and proceed with treatment.

All treatment fees are determined independently by the treating dental specialist and are separate from the fee paid to 24/7 Emergency Dental LLC. The use of any insurance for your treatment is between you and the dental provider.
